Built 1861-2, by W.F.Poulton of Reading; with addition at north end dated 1910.
In 1972 the Congregational church joined with the English Presbyterian church to become the United Reformed Church.
It closed at the end of 2014.
Lytham United Reformed Church with attached garden wall and gate pier
Built in 1861-62 as a Congregational church, this is now a United Reformed Church, and the nearby Sunday School is a meeting room. The buildings were designed by W.F. Poulton of Reading in an unusual style for a non-conformist church. The church is easily identified by its tall and slender spire, set on the south-east corner of the front. The main building has a steeply pitched slate roof and is of rock-faced yellow sandstone with sandstone dressings. Some of the windows on the north wall are stained glass in the Art Nouveau style.
