How we use and protect your data

When you joined the Lytham Heritage Group you give us some of your personal data e.g. name and postal address. You may also have give us your telephone and email address. You give us your data so that we can administer the Charity and keep in touch with you.

We use your personal data to send you the Antiquarian and other information. We use it to help administer the membership.

We restrict access to your personal data within the Lytham Heritage Group. We ask you to provide updates to your data if it changes.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We will delete it if you resign. We will never give your data to a third party without your permission. We observe standard information security procedures.

Your Privacy

We are currently sending paper copies of the Antiquarian and AGM notices to you electronically when you have provided an e-mail address or when you have specifically asked for paper copies. Under the GDPR we are obliged to remind you that you can chose to opt out of receiving paper deliveries from LHG.

If at any time you wish to withdraw your consent for us to keep in touch with you, you can do this by emailing or writing to us at the Heritage Centre. This will not affect your membership.
